Tournament Entry Fee: $125 Per Team
- The team's finishing postiton will be determined by the total length of their largest two fish measured.
- Live bait and trolling will be allowed
- A team is considered one or two anglers who are fishing from the same boat. No more than two anglers per boat.
- Field is limited to 20-boats or 40 people max. Anglers preferring to fish alone would need to pay full entry fee of $125.00.
- Tournament hours are Saturday 6:45 am to 3 pm, once you are checked in, you can fish beginning at 6:45 am.
- Only live-released muskies 34" or longer can be entered
- Payouts: 1st Prize- $1000, 2nd Prize $750, 3rd Prize - $300, 4th prize - $200, 5th Prize - $125. * Payout is based on full field of 20 teams. If the tournament does not fill, payouts will remain proportionally the same.
- Big Fish Pool possible $400 payout based on $10 Entrance Fee.

Completed registration forms and payment in the form of personal check can be mailed to Musky Mikes Bait and Tackle, N50W34725 Wisconsin Ave, Okauchee WI 53069 or dropped off at the store.
The tournament field is limited to 20 boats or 40 anglers. Registration will be decided by order of received completed registration forms and payment. Once the tournament field is full, interested anglers can ask to be placed on a waiting list in the event of a team dropping out.
